iHappy Sleep-Wonderful ideas








Sleeping is the most important one for everyone in the world. But recent surveys are telling 40 percent of the people who are living in the world are mostly affected by the sleeping problem,those who are not getting better sleep.



Each and every person have to sleep  at least one third of the day. It means at least 7 to 8 hours a day without any pills. If we sleep like this most of the health problems are away from us. Lot of people are suffering from sleeping disorders each  and every year. These disorders and the resulting sleep deprivation interfere with work, driving, Social activities e.t.c.
